Jerusalem As the Capital

President Trump’s announcement about the intended relocation of the U.S. Embassy to Jerusalem and his acknowledgement of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel has sparked the gamut of reactions in the Jewish and Israeli world. For many it is an unnecessary reflection of an evident truth, for others a long overdue recognition, and for others still, a provocative gamble.
