The information you enter into your profile is available only to other Wexner Foundation members, fellows and alumni and is password protected.

The Wexner Foundation (“We”, “the Foundation”) recognizes that the data privacy of Website visitors, members of our alumni community and all other participants in Foundation activities is very important, and we take it seriously.
This statement sets out the privacy practices and policy of the Foundation on this website, www.wexnerfoundation.org (“the Website).
To better protect your privacy, we provide this notice explaining our online information practices, including the choices you can make about the way your personal data is collected and used by this Website and the Foundation.

The user name and password are used to make sure that only you have access to any of the personal data you have provided. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any password you use to sign in to the Foundation Website, and you not share it with others either online or offline.

We collect certain information such as your IP address when you access the Website. The Website may also collect information about you as you use cookies. A cookie is a piece of data stored in your hard drive containing information about you that identifies you to the Website. The Foundation takes appropriate precautions to protect the personal data that you provide in accordance with best practices. Foundation employees are kept up to date on relevant information security and privacy practices.
