Slingshot’s mission is to strengthen innovation in Jewish life by developing next-generation funders and providing resources to leverage their impact in the Jewish community. To address this mission, Slingshot facilitates networks and run programs for the three central stakeholders of Jewish innovation:
- Next generation funders
- Innovative organizations
- Funders of Jewish innovations
Since its inception, Slingshot has grown to become an important funding source, a closely watched seal of approval, and a leading voice advocating for innovation in Jewish life. For the first time this year, Slingshot also published two supplements
to accompany the Slingshot Guide. The supplements, Disabilities &
Inclusion, and Women & Girls, each recognize Jewish organizations
supporting specific populations in novel ways.
