Information about eligibility requirements, benefits, and applications for Class 6 of the Wexner Field Fellowship (WFF) are now available on our web site.
The uncertainty around the safety of gathering continues…and the need for strong and supported leadership in our schools, shuls, camps, and other communal organizations has never been stronger. It is with our deep commitment to strengthening the leadership of the North American Jewish community that we plan to select WFF Class 6, even while the COVID-19 pandemic continues.
The Wexner Field Fellowship is a leadership learning opportunity for high-potential, full-time Jewish communal professionals to deepen their leadership skills and develop a rich network of colleagues. Up to 15 exceptional professionals will be selected for a three-year program with a cohort of lifelong professional learners that is focused on enriching their ability to exercise leadership as Jewish professionals. Wexner Field Fellows are matched one-on-one with a professional coach as well as a Jewish educator to expand their leadership skills and Jewish knowledge, respectively, based on their individual needs. Additionally, Wexner Field Fellows can also receive financial reimbursement toward individualized professional development.
The Wexner Foundation is committed to protecting the health and safety of our applicants, Fellows, Alumni, faculty, and staff. We have shifted our selection processes and programming online until travel and gathering is deemed safe. In the meantime, we will work hard to build rich, intentional, high-quality opportunities for education and connection online.
Most questions about the Wexner Field Fellowship can be answered on our web site here, but if you have additional questions that are not addressed online, please contact us.
Fellows join a diverse professional community that encourages learning about oneself as a leader through interactions with people of varying backgrounds and viewpoints. Wexner Field Fellows benefit from the mentorship of staff and faculty at The Wexner Foundation, as well as the connections to our extensive Alumni network which serves as a professional community throughout Fellows’ careers.
