What’s Next SF Bay Area 22
The Delegates Meeting will take place at the Limelight Hotel from Sunday, July 28, 2024 (2 PM Mountain Time HARD START) through Tuesday, July 30th, 2024 (Meeting ends at 12:30 PM MT).
Registration will open at 11am Mountain Time on Sunday, July 28th and an optional lunch will be available. Our meeting has a hard start of 2pm Mountain Time on 7/28. On Tuesday, we will conclude at 12:30 pm Mountain Time with an optional lunch and/or other activities following the meeting.*
The Foundation covers the cost of meals, programming and a single hotel room for delegates for the nights of 7/28 and 7/29. If you would like to extend your stay, please let Kaitlin Kaiser, Program Coordinator, know. A supplemental fee, payable directly to the hotel of $300 per night (plus tax) will be your responsibility. Many delegates opt to come in for the shabbat before at their own expense. Food is not provided but spontaneous hikes and other fun things and meals, including shabbat services in Aspen, are often part of the fun.
Spouses are welcome to join us for meals and evening activities but do not participate in our meeting. There will also be an upcharge from the hotel if spouses stay at the hotel as well.
*Optional Activities for Tuesday after our meeting officially ends (feel free to suggest others you’d like to lead):
1:15 – 2pm Optional lunch at the Viceroy Hotel, Snowmass
2:00 – ? Possible excursion into downtown Aspen
3:15 – 4:15pm Further conversation with Dr. Keren Fraiman about Israel at the Viceroy Hotel, Snowmass
5:30 pm You are all invited (and SPOUSES WELCOME) by delegate, Karen Herron, DC 13, if you’ve extended your stay (not covered by TWF) – to a YRF Darca reception, hosted at Karen Davidson’s ranch. Join Karen for cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and mingling to learn about how YRF/Darca’s innovative schools are changing the educational landscape in the most under-served communities in Israel.
